Payouts
Everything you need to know about getting paid as a Korvix3D creator — from setting up your account to understanding your earnings.
How Payouts Work
When a customer purchases or downloads one of your assets, your earnings are calculated and added to your pending balance. Korvix3D processes payouts on a monthly cycle once your balance crosses the minimum threshold for your chosen payment method.

- 2Your earnings (after platform fee) are added to your pending balance.
- 3At the end of each billing cycle, pending earnings older than 14 days are moved to your available balance.
- 4If your available balance meets the minimum threshold, a payout is initiated automatically.
- 5Funds arrive in your account within 3–7 business days depending on your payment method.
Revenue Share
Creator earnings are based on the type of sale and your creator tier.

Payment Methods
Set your preferred payout method in Account Settings → Payouts. You can change it at any time; the change takes effect on the next payout cycle.
PayPal
Available worldwide. Minimum payout: $10.
Bank Transfer (ACH)
US bank accounts only. Minimum payout: $50.
SEPA Transfer
EU bank accounts only. Minimum payout: €50.
Wise
Available in supported countries. Minimum payout: $10.
Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's available balance. If the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday, payouts are initiated on the next business day.
Tax & Compliance
Depending on your country of residence, Korvix3D may be required to collect tax information before processing payouts.
- US creators: A W-9 form is required. You will be prompted to complete it on first payout setup.
- Non-US creators: A W-8BEN (individuals) or W-8BEN-E (entities) form is required for US tax withholding purposes.
- VAT / GST: If you are VAT-registered in your country, add your VAT number in Account Settings to have it included on invoices.
Korvix3D issues annual earnings summaries each January for the prior tax year. These are available in Account Settings → Tax Documents.
Common Issues
My payout didn't arrive on the 1st.
Check that your available balance meets the minimum threshold for your payment method and that your tax information is complete. Delays of 1–2 business days around holidays are normal. Contact support if it has been more than 7 business days.
I need to change my payout method mid-cycle.
You can update your method any time. Changes apply from the next cycle; any payout already initiated will be sent to the previous method.
Why was my payout amount different from my balance?
Payouts reflect your available balance, not your total balance. Earnings within the 14-day hold period are pending and will be included in the next cycle.
I haven't submitted my tax form yet.
Payouts are on hold until your tax form is submitted and verified. Go to Account Settings → Payouts to complete the form.
