All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime.

Commercial Use License

All assets downloaded from Korvix3D come with a commercial use license that allows you to:

• Use assets in commercial projects
• Modify and adapt assets
• Include assets in client work
• Use assets in games, films, and other media

Restrictions

• You cannot resell or redistribute assets as-is
• You cannot claim ownership of the original asset
• You must comply with any specific asset requirements

Creator Rights

When you upload assets, you grant Korvix3D a license to distribute your content through our platform.

Uploading Content

• You retain ownership of your uploaded assets
• You grant Korvix3D a license to distribute your content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content
• Content must comply with our community guidelines

Prohibited Content

• Copyrighted material without permission
• Offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Content that violates third-party rights
• Spam or misleading content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due in advance for each billing period

Refunds

• 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Refunds processed within 5–10 business days
• No refunds for partial billing periods

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Rajasthan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
