Asset License

This Asset License Agreement (“License”) governs your use of 3D assets, models, textures, materials, and related content (“Assets”) downloaded from Korvix3D (“the Platform”). By downloading or using any Asset, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

Universal License: This License applies uniformly to all Assets available on Korvix3D, ensuring a consistent and clear legal framework for all creators and users.

All Assets downloaded from Korvix3D come with a single, comprehensive **Commercial Use License**. There are no separate tier-based licenses. Whether you download a free asset or a premium asset under a paid subscription, you receive the same commercial rights:

• Personal and commercial use is fully allowed
• Use in unlimited personal, commercial, or client projects
• Modify, adapt, and customize assets for your workflows
• Use in video games, films, advertising, architectural visualizations, and media
• Attribution to the creator is highly appreciated but not legally required
• No standalone resale or distribution of the source assets

You may use Assets in the following ways:

Personal Projects

• Personal artwork and portfolios
• Personal learning and experimentation
• Non-commercial projects

Commercial Projects

• Commercial artwork and designs
• Client projects and commissions
• Marketing materials and advertisements
• Video games and interactive media
• Film and video productions
• Architectural visualizations
• Product visualizations

Modifications

• Modify, adapt, and customize Assets
• Combine Assets with other content
• Create derivative works based on Assets
• Use portions of Assets in your projects

You may NOT use Assets in the following ways:

Redistribution

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Assets
• Share Assets with others (even within your organization without proper licensing)
• Include Assets in downloadable products or templates
• Upload Assets to other platforms or marketplaces

Standalone Products

• Sell Assets as standalone products
• Include Assets in asset packs or bundles for sale
• Use Assets as the primary value proposition of a product

Illegal or Harmful Content

• Use Assets in illegal activities
• Use Assets in defamatory, offensive, or harmful content
• Use Assets in content that violates others' rights

Competitive Products

• Use Assets to create competing products or services
• Reverse engineer or extract source code from Assets

Attribution is recommended but not required.

While not mandatory, we appreciate attribution when possible. If you choose to attribute:

Format

“3D Asset by [Creator Name] from Korvix3D” or
“Asset: [Asset Name] by [Creator Name] / Korvix3D”

Where to Attribute

• Credits section of your project
• Project documentation
• About page or credits page
• Video descriptions (for video content)

Attribution helps support creators and the platform.

Your subscription tier determines your library access and monthly download limits, but does not alter your licensing rights:

Free Plan

• Access to free assets only
• Unlimited free asset downloads
• Commercial Use License applies to all downloaded free assets

Pro Plan

• Access to both premium and free assets
• 90 premium downloads per month + unlimited free assets
• Commercial Use License applies to all downloaded assets

Plus Plan

• Access to both premium and free assets
• 200 premium downloads per month + unlimited free assets
• Commercial Use License applies to all downloaded assets
• Access to the private asset browser and other advanced platform features

Creators who upload Assets to Korvix3D retain full ownership of their original work:

Creator Ownership

• Creators retain copyright to their original Assets
• Creators grant Korvix3D a distribution license and grant users the Commercial Use License
• Creators can remove their Assets from the platform (subject to existing licenses)

Creator Responsibilities

• Creators must own or have rights to upload Assets
• Creators must not upload copyrighted content without permission
• Creators must comply with platform guidelines

Revenue Sharing

Creators are compensated through a subscription library earnings pool, where up to 70% of each Pro/Plus subscriber's monthly fee is distributed directly to the creators they downloaded from, as detailed in the Creator Agreement.

Perpetual License Rights

Any Asset downloaded during an active subscription or free account is licensed to you **perpetually**.

• You **do not** need to delete downloaded Assets if you cancel your subscription.
• You may continue to use previously downloaded Assets in both existing and new projects indefinitely.
• Cancellation only terminates your ability to download new assets from the premium library.

Termination for Violations

We may terminate your license and suspend your account if you violate the Terms of Service. Upon termination due to violation, you must cease all use of downloaded Assets.

Platform Asset Removal

We or creators may remove Assets from the platform from time to time. However, any existing licenses for already-downloaded Assets remain valid.

No Warranty

• Assets are provided “as is” without warranty
• We do not guarantee Assets will meet your requirements
• We do not guarantee Assets are error-free or bug-free
• We do not guarantee Assets are compatible with your software

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for testing Assets before use
• You are responsible for ensuring Assets meet your needs
• You are responsible for backing up your work

Limitation of Liability

• Korvix3D is not liable for damages from Asset use
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We May Update This License

• We may update this License from time to time
• We will notify users of significant changes
• Continued use of Assets constitutes acceptance of updated License

Version Control

• Each Asset download includes license version information
• You are bound by the License version in effect when you downloaded the Asset
• New downloads are subject to the current License version
