Creator Agreement

Welcome to the Korvix3D Creator Program! This agreement, offered by Korvix3D LLP (Brand: Korvix3D), governs your participation as a creator on our 3D asset marketplace platform.

What This Agreement Covers

• Your rights and responsibilities as a creator
• Asset upload and licensing terms
• Revenue sharing and payment terms
• Quality standards and community guidelines
• Intellectual property protections
• Platform usage and conduct rules

Becoming a Creator

• Complete the creator verification process
• Agree to these terms and conditions
• Provide accurate creator information
• Maintain high-quality standards
• Comply with all platform policies

This agreement is in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Requirements to Become a Creator

• Must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• Must have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Must have a verified email address
• Must have the right to upload and license content
• Must comply with all applicable laws

Verification Process

• Verify your email address
• Complete your creator profile
• Agree to this creator agreement

Quality Requirements

• High-quality 3D models with proper topology
• Clean, optimized geometry and textures
• Professional presentation and documentation
• Accurate preview images and descriptions
• Proper file formats and organization

Technical Standards

• Models must be properly UV unwrapped
• Textures should be high resolution (minimum 1024×1024)
• Files must be optimized for performance
• Include multiple format options when possible
• Provide clear usage instructions

Content Guidelines

• Original work or properly licensed content
• No copyrighted material without permission
• No offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• No misleading or deceptive content
• No spam or low-effort submissions

Prohibited Content

• Copyrighted material without permission
• Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Content that violates third-party rights
• Spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Content that promotes illegal activities

When you upload assets to Korvix3D, you grant us and our users a commercial license that includes:

User Rights

• Use assets in commercial projects
• Modify and adapt assets
• Include assets in client work
• Use assets in games, films, and media
• Create derivative works

Creator Rights

• You retain ownership of your original work
• You can continue to use your assets personally
• You can sell assets on other platforms
• You can modify and improve your assets
• You can remove assets from the platform

Platform Rights

• We can distribute your assets to users
• We can create preview images and thumbnails
• We can use assets for marketing purposes
• We can store and backup your content
• We can moderate and review your content

License Duration

• Commercial license is perpetual
• Users can use assets indefinitely
• License survives account termination
• No additional fees for continued use

Subscription Library Earnings (Per-Subscriber Model)

• Korvix3D distributes up to 70% of each PRO/PLUS subscriber's fee directly to the creators that subscriber downloaded from each month. There is no platform-wide earnings pool.
• Your share from each subscriber session depends on your asset quality score, your verified badge tier (earnings multiplier), and what else that subscriber downloaded in the same month.
• If a subscriber downloads nothing in a month, their share is not distributed to creators.

Verified Badge Earnings Multipliers

• Silver: 1.1× earnings multiplier in subscriber sessions, plus visibility and discovery benefits
• Gold: 1.25× earnings multiplier in subscriber sessions, plus priority support and higher discovery placement
• Diamond: 1.5× earnings multiplier in subscriber sessions, plus top discovery placement and VIP support

Badge subscription fees are platform revenue and do not fund a separate creator pool. Badge value is delivered through the earnings multiplier.

Direct Asset Sales (If Applicable)

• Free Assets: No revenue sharing
• Paid Assets: As stated at point of sale and in product pricing tools

Payment Terms

• Monthly payments for earnings over $25
• Payments processed within 30 days of month end
• Multiple payment methods available
• International creators supported
• Tax documentation provided

Pricing Guidelines

• You set your own asset prices
• Suggested price ranges provided
• Market-based pricing recommended
• Premium assets can command higher prices
• Bundle discounts encouraged

Upload Requirements

• Complete asset information and metadata
• Upload high-quality preview images
• Provide accurate descriptions and tags
• Set appropriate pricing and licensing
• Include usage instructions and requirements

• 3D Models: FBX, OBJ, 3DS, BLEND, MA, MB, C4D
• Textures: JPG, PNG, TGA, EXR, HDR
• Materials: V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, Octane
• Documentation: PDF, TXT, README files

Quality Review Process

• Automated quality checks
• Manual review by our team
• Feedback provided for improvements
• Approval or rejection with reasons
• Appeal process for rejections

Asset Organization

• Use descriptive file names
• Include proper folder structure
• Provide multiple format options
• Include texture maps and materials
• Add usage examples and documentation

Professional Standards

• Maintain professional communication
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Provide quality customer service
• Be respectful to all users
• Follow community guidelines

Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake accounts or reviews
• Manipulating ratings or sales
• Spamming or excessive promotion
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Violation of platform policies

Your Rights

• You can sell assets on other platforms
• You can modify and improve your assets
• You can remove assets from the platform

User Rights

• Users get commercial license to downloaded assets
• Users can modify and adapt assets
• Users can use assets in commercial projects
• Users can create derivative works
• Users cannot resell assets as-is

Copyright Protection

• We respect intellectual property rights
• We provide tools to report infringement
• We investigate copyright claims
• We protect creators from unauthorized use
• We comply with DMCA procedures

Support

• Email support for all creators

Creator Benefits

• Access to creator tools and resources
• Marketing and promotion opportunities

Termination by You

• You can terminate this agreement at any time
• 30-day notice required for account closure
• Assets remain available to users per license terms
• Outstanding payments will be processed
• You can request asset removal from platform

Termination by Us

• We may terminate for policy violations
• We may suspend accounts for investigation
• We may terminate inactive accounts
• We provide notice and appeal process
• We explain reasons for termination

Effect of Termination

• Your creator account will be closed
• Assets remain licensed to users
• Outstanding payments will be processed
• You can download your content
• You can reapply after 6 months

Appeal Process

• You can appeal termination decisions
• We will review appeals within 30 days
• We provide detailed explanations
• You can provide additional information
• Final decisions are binding

Resolution Process

• We encourage direct communication first
• Formal dispute resolution available
• Mediation before arbitration
• Binding arbitration for final decisions
• Legal action as last resort

Resolution Timeline

• Initial response within 48 hours
• Investigation within 30 days
• Resolution within 90 days
• Appeal process within 60 days
• Final decision is binding

• We may update this agreement from time to time
• We will notify creators of significant changes
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
• Changes take effect 30 days after notification
• You can terminate if you disagree with changes

Previous versions remain available for reference.
